Off to look at a Bain Marie for the beeb catering department in the morning. Not my usual thing, but late call, no info & could turn out to be a good thing. Any guidance appreciated.

I ver worked on were fed from the CH system LTHW only advice is make sure they are empty before you start messing with them

The internal wiring will be "Intemp 250" heat resistant with push-fit connectors on the stats and switches. Depending on the age, watch out for bare copper inside that will be live
