Morning I have Ten ballasts to install and the customer picked these up for me , but I'm not sure about these . surely there should be 3 in (L,N,E) and 4 out (to the tube)?? there only appears to be four connections in total. Prob simple for yourselves

Thanks for the reply , was going to earth the casing . but the point is i need a seperate starter ? can i get this in one unit as i was planning to install the ballast behind this shade ( see pics)and am not sure how i would fix the starter .I am fixing to an aluminium wall
