Basic meter / tester

I'm looking for a basic tester upto £35. Just for checking Continuity of ring main, live wires, basic electricial tests etc.

What would you all recommend ? any suggestions

Looking at the fluke T100 or something like this Autoranging Digital Clamp Multimeter : Caravan & Camping : Maplin

If you are able to stretch another tenners worth, theres a nice deal on here at the moment.
