Hi all

came across these low voltage light above bath but over 2.25m so out of zones

what are your views as there is no IP rating for them and the room having a moist atmosphere i would have rejected using them but could you defend such a choice other than the moisture issue

Well you could argue that they are elv, and so installed outside zones should be acceptable. But they should be suitable for the environment which they are not.. So I would agree that they shouldn't be installed in that location. It may be a good idea to contact the manufacturer and ask them directly...
