Bathroom downlighting

when installing bathroom downlighting ( notifiable) Do i write out a full electrical installation certificate??

You could if you want, but if you are only modifying an existing circuit then why not use a minor works certificate as that is what it is intended for?
Just because its notifyable it does not mean its an inappropriate certificate.

A MWC would be much simpler unless you are also doing other work at the same time, in which case you could have one EIC instead of several MWC.

Thats my opinion anyway.

cheers thats what i wanted to know. Just replacing the original light fitting with downlights. Seemed overkill to use a full test certificate when i mwc would do.
