looking at a bathroom job to change old downlights 2 of the 4 downlights will be above the bath and other two will be in zone 1 what would be the best to fit.

Page 70 in the OSG.

IPX4 0r IPX5 if you have any water jets..? It also says: The equipment is protected by SELV at a nominal voltage not exceeding 12v a.c

Sorry for 'luminaires' its 25v a.c protected by SELV or PELV..

To finish....I'm sure that Zone 1 is in your case the ceiling above the bath, and anything within 0.6m from the bath edge is zone 2.

The new spots do not need to be SELV or PELV...but they do need to be at least IPX4, and IPX5 if susceptible to jets of water...They also need to be suitable for installation into Zone 1 according to the manufacturers instructions.
