Bathroom electrical works

I put some news lights in a bathroom and new extractor fan. Did the tests and filled out form. A couple of days later another electrician came in and changed the fuse board and rewired the lighting circuit the bathroom was on connecting new feeds to a joint box I put in. All my readings are now invalid, do I still need to sign the work off as I feel what the other electrician has done supersedes everything I did?

As much as I hate paperwork, I would definitely write out a cert. It's a record of your test results, and shows that you did the job properly, with the date that you did it. Without it, any problems that arise as a result of spark no.2's work could end up being your problem.

Bit of a sickener they didn't employ you to do the box change aint it? I might, as a disclaimer, point out with that certificate that as the circuit is changed by other work/electrician I could no longer be reponsible for that circuit in the event anything goes wrong with it.
