Bathroom Extract Fan Costs!

I Have been asked to quote for a bathroom extract fan.

The fan is low voltage manrose 4inch, 3 pole isolator above bathroom door on landing, rcd fused spur and transformer in loft. I will be coring the hole and fitting vent etc. Minor works and notification.

I am still getting used to pricing. I estimate the cost of materials to be £80 - £90. Not sure what to quote for labour etc, as haven't done a fan for years, I was thinking along the lines of about 6 - 7 hours including cleaning up, as bathroom is nice and dust gets everywhere.

Do you reckon I am over estimating the labour time? How long do you guys normally give for this type of install

Keep in mind,that price is an item price for multiple jobs

Can you not ceiling mount it and vent out soffit or anything? Saves a lot of time and cleaning up

inline fan toolstation £60, 1x stainless steel ceiling vent toolstation £15, 5 meters of 100mm ducting, isolator, spur, etc. will come around £100 in materials. do it inline in the loft, find some place to put exhaust, much nicer work than holes in the walls and lv... £100 work, half a day.

6 - 7 hours seems way over the mark. I would expect to be out of there in 3 hours
