Bathroom Mirror lighting

Customer has a mirror embedded in the tiles of a bathroom. Wants LED tape around the perimeter of the mirror. Available supply is on the reverse of the wall.

Anybody know of a solution where the LED driver is 'safe' and a local switch is provided in the bathroom (preferably next to the mirror)?

Assume everything is in place with respect to RCD, bonding and outside of zone 1 by enough distance!

Tried, but HE doesn't like the bog standard ones!

Id probably give it a swerve, led tape stuck around the edge of a mirror is gonna look real pants

on a side note if your going ahead with it, you can actually get ipx4 led tape too, maybe a small pull switch on the load side of the driver fixed to the mirror and the rest up in the loft space?

Put a pull cord switch on the ceiling have your driver in the roofspace and then drop down to the led strip. Make sure the strip is waterproof.

You can get some 'channeling' now, looks like trunking with a perspex cover to diffuse the light.

Have you looked at hidden/tile switches (google)? If mirror/tiles on stud wall, maybe from behind. I think you can boost the sensor pad by manufacturing an 'aerial'.
