Bathroom not RCD protected

Hi,
I have been asked to replace a bathroom light, the current circuit is not RCD protected and is connected to rewireable fuses. Do I need to install a new CU with RCDs or can I replace the light and connect it to the existing CU and issue a minor works cert.

Is there adequate supplementary bonding in the bathroom?

Not sue, I'll have to remove the bath panel to check. If there is can I go ahead and replace?

If you are replacing like for like than you can just do it.

Even in a bathroom? I thought any work in a bathroom or special location requires a cert
