After some advice I need to install a 230v ac flashing beacon to indicate a circulation has stopped any advice / ideas on the best way to do this?

Preferably taken the power from the bottom of the contactor that supplies the pump.

If the contactor has a spare normally closed contact you could use that although the beacon would be on whenever the pump was off

Stopped for what reason? Is this to indicate a fault or to indicate any time that it is switched off.
What is circulating, what type of machone/controls are there. What is the function of the beacon, does it have any safety implication?

Circulation - or electrical activation / Power loss .
There are mechanical ways pump can be energised but not be pumping !
(does the reason for circulation , have a detectable quality ...)
Must also include situation where pump is running but has nothing to pump ?
