Becoming a Qualified Supervisor - whats the pay?

Company asking if I'd like to step up and become a QS.

Im tempted to the promise of working at home occasionally would be a good benefit.

I'll be signing off on work for guys I've worked with and trained me up. And be that link which our company needs from lads to office which I can handle.

But what terms should I be looking at getting for the additional responsibility. Pay, holiday ect...

Just interested in seeing how others are rewarded.

Think you'd need to ask this sort of question in the Electricians Arms, you need 100 posts first though. Not sure if anybody would reply with their wages in a public forum.

Perhaps somebody could PM them?
