been asked to do periodics for a big landlord

as title suggests, im only NICEIC domestic installer, but i know anyone can do PIR

a couple of questions, i kn ow the landlord is asking for the certs. but where do they go after that does anyone know? would they want NICEIC certs? if so i need to do the PIR course, has anyone done it through the NIC?

hi jutty, when ever i do a periodic i only provide my standard cert i produced myself (similar to the regs one) on word. u only need to provide nic certs if the client asks for them, the landlord may do but if he doesnt save your self the money and do your own.

you should keep a copy for your records and give the client a copy
