Been asked to quote on a pay meter for lighting

Hi,

As in the title i have been asked to quote on installing a pay as you go light meter its for a sport type hall.

Has anyone got an idea where i can find one?

I have no idea - I've never installed one before. I would imagine they're essentially coin-operated contactors though, so would probably be as easy to install.

According to the website the timer meter is £139 and the enclosure is £61.

Thats what i was thinking, £139 + £61 for enclosure dont think they will stretch to that need to find a cheaper supplier

By the look of it you can set the price of a session, so if necessary they can increase the price to cover the cost of the initial installation - remember you have to speculate to accumulate.

Either that or charge extra for hiring the venue to include the electricity costs, or if there is a member of staff there charge for switching the lights on.
