This area of the forum isn't for flaming. Or moaning because they've increased their price on you. But for constructive criticism. If they increased their price, what is it that you get less of as a result? Or what do they say you get more of?
Chat about their benefits for being in their certification scheme. Maybe give the odd plug if they have served you well over the years?
What kind of renewal processes do they have? Do they cold call you near the end of your renewal, do you ask for a call? Do they take a while to answer when you call them for support and / or advice?
Do they have technical advice lines for you, or even a forum or chat area?
