New induction motor turned up at work today.

The entry options are now 20mm and 45mm.

The previous motor was wired in 5 core, 6mm S/Y, through a 32mm compression gland.

I would prefer to make the S/Y off with a proper cxt gland.

A cxt32 is the size I will need. I am not sure what size the body of the gland will be and how it will make off into the 45mm threaded cut out.

Would a reducer be the best option to suit the gland?
 
Been like that for a few years now.
