Best Make of Kitchen Plinth Heater?

Newbie alert!

Just started a major project on my house that will include a new kitchen.

What would you professionals rate as being the best make of electric plinth heaters to buy? I want something that will last and not start to sound noisy after a while. Myson? Dimplex?

any advice gratefully received.
