Can I have a little feedback on pro's and con's of various part P testers. Robin, Megger, multifunctional testers or seperates? I feel drawn towards the Megger PPK 220 set. Any advice?

Have a read through some of the threads on this forum.

There is loads of info there, but you will find most people are very much in favor of Megger at the mo.

Megger 1553 for me. Easy to use, reliable with some useful features. Had a fluke 1651 but but found it not so easy to navigate around the functions. For a budget the Di log 9083 is hard to beat.

got a megger 1552 and have had it for a couple of years now
quite straight forward to use and does all i want

to be fair like the look of the fluke 1654b though it looks quite nifty and with the added functions and i was speaking to the megger rep about the 1730 not being fully fool proof yet but not so sure

i think your answers lies in your type of work you do
