Anyone would think the extension lead wasn't protected by a fuse in the plug!

The problem is people not fully unwinding extension leads or using a lead which is too small (csa) for a sustained load.

like my ex once connected the tumble dryer to a wound up 10A max. extn. lead. stupid mare.
