biggest solar panel in watts

have recently been asked to quote for a job and the customer has asked me about 300w panels. Have searched the market and there dosnt seem to be any panels of that size in the uk. Was wondering whats the biggest panel on the uk market and who supplies them. Any help would be much appreciated. cheers.

TG solar have 295w modules I have seen 500w modules in Cambridge but can't remember the make only that they were Chinese.

biggest panel i have seen was 2kwp 5x3m huge thing but not mcs certified
have 300wp in stock mcs certified from CNPV-300M mono 15.3% effciency 10 years warranty
