I need to understand the concepts of bistable sensor.

what is the signal take from the two wires when:
1- south polarity of magnet path from up to down through bistable sensor
2- south polarity of magnet path from down to up through bistable sensor
3- north polarity of magnet path from up to down through bistable sensor
4- north polarity of magnet path from down to up through bistable sensor
