Hi all, I would be grateful for any advice offered.
I am doing a job for a friend and as i'm not registered with a scheme yet I am going to notify LABC my self (£65!!), obviously want to make sure it's all good before I certify.

Before work
House is on 100A incomer and E7 meter. 2 sets of 25mm tails from meter, 1 to E7 boards and 1 to henley blocks.
From henley blocks 16mm to another set of henley blocks feeding house C/U and 3 enclosures (shower, hot tub and elec gates).
Bonding ok.

Customer wants power to a garage extension for a sauna, lights and sockets

After work
I proposed a new dual rcd board to replace all enclosures and with room to accommodate new circuits (Garage extn).
No problem fitting this and installing desired circuits, however I cannot replace 16mm tails with 25mm, they run from outside meter cupboard to internal C/U cupboard. I have tried pulling them through but they seem stuck fast and i'm not willing to lose 1 end in the wall as this will cause a massive problem to retrieve.

So to get to the point of my post, can I leave 16mm tails and note this as a deviation from 17th.
Thanks
Shane
