Hi, before I moved into my house two years ago I noticed black tar like substance on the main electric cable.

Now after about two years I've notice it's oozed out a bit more. Looks to be coming from service head.

I've put everything electrical on in the house, 4 x 1500w heaters and my 2000w airfryer and the 10.8kw shower to check if wires get hot or cut out fuse gets hot. Left on for 10mins and didn't feel the wires get warm or the service head. (We never have everything on at the same time ever) not with cost of electricity atm.

Anything to be concerned about? Or shall I call an electrician?

I'll attach pics.

Yes call 105 UK Power Networks and report it. DO NOT touch the service Head!

You could call an electrician but they will just contact them on your behalf.

Definitely agree that you should leave well alone and contact UK Power Networks to sort it out. It is their problem and why should you pay an electrician to do it when a sparky should not be touching it.
It is nothing to worry about and the worst that is likely to happen is compound to be spilt on your goods or carpet.
I am a retired UK Power Networks distribution engineer.
