board change plus pir light

hello fellas i had a an old fella last week askin how much for a board change with 6 curcuits and install a pir light witch would require a minor works as i need to extend of a light fitting somewhere like the hall way etc he reakens he had a quote for 425 i matched tht, wots ya thoughts on this?

This would also include EIR yes? and how cheap can you get the materials for ???

this work would include eic cert for the c/u change and a minor works cert for the pir light including all materials ;-)

HHmm i would change the board and the light and just do an EIR afterwards stating on alterations as: Replacement D/B and Moved light or whatever your doing to it, you shouldn't have to do two tests but don't quote me on that cause there are many more qualified people in here who may take me down a peg or two.

If you do both jobs together you just need to issue a EIC & of course notify LBC. (No minor work certificate needed)

give me a break guys im nic eic domestic installer and its local authority building control and its not eir its electrical installation cerificate, if you put eir in ya 2391 exam u'l fail ;-) lol
