currently rewiring four bed, two bathroom property supplied by plastic mains water and gas, will be protectedby RCD

just wanted to check

1. no need for main bonding

2. no need for supplementary bonding

also need to fit fan in zone 1 and from reading reg 702.410.3.4.3 (p.171) there is no need for it to be low voltage due to RCD protection


thanks for any comments
 
Correct, you bond extraneous-conductive parts only-your gas and water do not meet the definition of ECPs so there is no bonding requirement.
