This is the first time ever, every one has agreed with me!

Are you lulling me into a false sense of security?

I am starting to worry! :leaving:

Don't worry TC you being right was bound to happen ....................eventually:biggrinjester:

I think it's the Shakespeare, 1000 monkeys and type writer syndrome

I did work in a boozer mate many moons ago, if anyone knows London it was the old Golden Gloves in Fulham Palace Road, owned by the Mancini boxing family.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhh good old days mate where you had to add up the round as you went, none of this ordering the drink and the Bar Steward logging on lol

Yes, a good barman could do 3 different orders of 6 or 7 drinks adding as he went along! Mind you i bet there was some guess work as well!

I remember on a Friday we had a dentist in, one at a time, you know a pint of this, and when you came back it was and another pint of this, well as we went along it kept adding and adding, and it was still gin and this, back and oh another gin and this, eventually it came to 22 pound something, and this was back in the early 80.s and the **** said you sure mate, try again, so I rattled of the order, and I was a penny out, under charged him, but told him infront of his girl, it's all right I'd let you off that penny......................

Good for you! £22 then would be about £150 today!
