Went to a house today to look at a job to move sockets and sort out external supply.

Noticed there was no main bonding on the TN-s system just a 10mm earth from the ccu to the supply cable.

no supplementary bonding either.

The note on the ccu states it was installed 1999.

Whats your thoughts on this.
 
Guess what no pir done when bought house a few years ago?

And electrics are not on the priority list, I'll have to change his mind on that.

its a mess, tripping when putting lights on and using sockets. Buried T & E outside for fountain and lights cant find where its terminated. fused spurs under sink. etc etc.
