I'm doing a commercial build at the moment and have about a 20M run to the water stopcock and 30M to the gas.... That's direct if I can, not the silly round about route of the submains..

All me books are downstairs in the van, but I was thinking about running a 16mm just to be safe.
 
Oh, just seen the TN-C-S type!

You have to size on the DNO neutral CSA, not your 'tails'

16mm will cover you for a DNO neutral of up to 50mm

I know what you mean about the suppliers neutral but them's the rules! ;)
