bonding???

just a quicky, ive been asked by my friends landlord to do the bonding to the gas and water supply, im under the impression that this is non notifiable work, but as they rent the property, would they require a certificate to satisfy there insurance, any ideas???

your right, it's not notifiable, if it were then you would need to issue a cert

but if the landlord wanted onr for his records, like for his insurance, would you just issue a minor wors?

As said its non notifiable ! Id tell him and say if he wants a cert because his insurance asked and wont take your word for it then it may be a periodic they want and not your bonding cert (not needed) if however he still wants one just tell him there is a charge then charge him for the minor cert.
