Bondpay anyone used this service?

Just wondering if anyone has used this? bondpay they act as a go between between customer and tradesman, you quote the job they pay bondpay in full before work starts then when the job is complete and customer is happy bondpay transfer money into your account.they take 2.5% as comission but with so many people not paying for the work they had done maybe worth it? found them while looking on the trustmark website
