As per Andy, do you really need an IP65 fitting if it's under a porch roof.

You get shallow beam-angle MR16 and GU10 lamps which are 24/25 degrees instead of the usual 36 or 40 degrees. Maybe that might work for you.
 
If there's no roof leaks and they're not going to get direct rain or mist/spray then I don't see why a particular IP rating would be required.
 
IP33 is the minimum for an outdoor light but these are not really outdoors.
I have some IP44 eyball downlights (MR16 in PC) that I bought for a customer who then changed their mind. The manufacturer is not given but the downlight was called coniston. These where bought about 6 years ago though. I thought they were available in brass as well.
