Is there a template form for this or do I record on EICR?

Most of our BS templates are in editiable word, which canot post so here a part 6 pdf, maybe you can copy out and make your own word doc.

Buy a book of empty certs from your wholesaler usually about £10 make it look official and books come with duplicate for your filing.

If you are using certs on regular basis, its best to take the bs template and utilise into your own specification, with company logo etc, by a proffessional printer, with carbon copy. or using your own computer. Our BAFE certs are just like NICIEE certs, and are as usual chargeable

Was only required to record functional test. Didn't work as it was linked to previous shop.
So, have got a new install out of it
