BS 7671 certificates

Hey there. I'm an electrician from New-Zealand. Have done my BS7671 and am getting part P assessed in a few days. Was just wondering if I am adding 1 x new socket into a house. How detailed do I need to fill out the electrical installation certificate forms? Like do I have to fill out all 4 pages in detail, including maximum demand of the installation, earth electrode details, bonding details ect? Thanks​

If your spuring off an existing ring final circuit then you just need to complete the MIEWC which is much less detailed

If it's a new radial circuit from the CU then you do indeed need to fill out the EIC with a schedule of inspection and results form.

Either way your new socket will though have to be RCD protected as it is in a domestic situation, unless it is labeled for a specific use.
