BS7671,2008 amended to ?

Maybe an obvious question but what is BS7671, 2008 amended to now? On the certificate it asks for a date? Many thanks.

Just write 2008, as it has not yet been amended!

I know it makes no sense but thats the correct entry!

Just put n/a in the box as it has not been ammended yet, or as cbw says you can put 2008.

Sorry to disagree, but it was amended right after release in July 2008 with a corringendum to amend minor mistakes like spelling, so it is actually July 2008 that's put in this box.

My belief is that was a correction of an error and not an amendment to the regs?

correct, it isn't an amendment. The correct thing to put in the box is 'Not Applicable' or 'N/A'

The first amendment will likely be next year and so when that comes we will be putting the date in. Better that than having to buy all the pads again

On megger powersuite software date automatically comes up as July 2008

I know the space is a little small but I think it is actually.. amended to: " Make more money for the IEE, affiliated colleges and schemes and other suits"
