BT Powerline Adapters Problem / Recall / Swap out

A very small number of the powerline adapters supplied with BT Vision could have a defect. Only the DH-10P and DH-10PF models are potentially affected, and the DH-10PF is still being tested, but we thought we would take the opportunity to send updated models anyway as a precaution. If you have other versions please replace with these models anyway.
The defect may cause the mounting holding the cover of affected powerline adapters to become brittle and become loose.
