Build your own solar charger - workshop in London

Hello guys,

KnowYourPlanet (KYP) offers an exciting and inexpensive workshop in London about building your own Solar Powered Phone Charger.

The workshop will supply materials and teach attendees to construct their very own solar powered mobile phone charger. Attendees will gain an overview to the principles of solar power, how it can be utilised in today's society, and also learn basic techniques required to create DIY solar panels.

Cost: The day course costs £80 for one person, or £65 each if two or more friends sign up at once ( £20 deposit per person payable at time of booking).

Dates: Workshops last a full day from 9:00 to 17:00 with a break for lunch.

i'd rather plug into the mains. that way i know it'll be charged when i need it.

The fatal flaw with a solar powered phone charger is that (I should think) most people charge their phones in the evening and night! I do, anyway.
