Working on a US military base at the moment. Running new circuits and tray under a load of demountables. Only enough space to crawl around and I just glance up and see this fella looking at me... I don't think iv ever crawled so quick. It's a huntsman if anyone is interested .

working on ship in confined space in america to find myself in a nest of big spiders carried on working until i thought that these spiders could come from anywhere in the world and didn't look British. i got out there sharpish and a painter asked what i was doing when i told him he went down and squashed the lot.

I was straight out of there.. One of the other blokes trapped it between a Perspex lid so we could work. The photo was taken through the lid
