Buried 10mm cpc

Hi guys,Is it ok to sink a 10mm CPC to a oil tank in a bit of duct under a patio about 4m in length?CheersPaul

Yes, but if it's bonding you can pick it up where it enters the building.

Have a look at table 54.1 Pg 159 of the Regs and decide.

Land the oil line enters the house somewhere else which I can't trace back, I can only see the
Pipe going up to the tank the otherwise of the patio otherwise I would have definitely done
that.

Yeah obviously, i didnt really look into it that much cuz its my house. ive just pulled in a new cpc replacing the old one that was under the patio not in a duct and after i put it in the duct and finished laying the slabs i thought about it.
