as above oil burner not firing from timeclock but is when you push manual button on boiler itself..

i dont think has anything to do with wiring now, there is a part within boiler not working and i dont know the names of the parts....

any help appreciated and more info il supply if can...

Is the time clock knackered? What type of time clock is it?

I had a similar thing in a church earlier in the year and once I replaced the very expensive sangamo time clock it worked fine again.

It does sound like a faulty relay in the timeclock as the manual over-ride may bypass the relay to give permanent supply out when calling for heat, easy way is set the timer for 1min into future then so if output switches on when its reached its time, also check connections like live loop etc are all tight if external to clock.

Have you checked for power at the connections at the boiler itself? If you're getting 230v on the switch live when the clock is on, then you know its something in the boiler.
