business gateway

Hi guys, have any of you ever used business gateway for advice or info on starting up? If so how did you find them. I'm going to make an appointment on monday to see if they can help any.

to me they were a wast of time. i'm a 1 man business and they kept on about how to deal with employees and training. and growing the business. if you are starting a business that will grow and employ people they are maybe a help. for a 1 man business not so much.
