Just found this forum.I am setting up a pat testing business based in Ireland and was wondering could anyone give me advice.What is the best way to approach a potential customer,a softly softly approach or an aggressive one(regulations heavy fines etc.) There are all the regulations here in Ireland but like most things here nobody seems to be enforcing them.I am a qualified sparks and have worked in the fire alarm industry.I am hoping to offer a kind of a one man shop as regards to life safety systems.
Any advice tips would be greatly appreciated
