Hello Where can I buy a screwdriver to open this screw?

It's not a screwdriver you need but a key have seen similar on street lighting columns.

I can't make it out very well from the photos but you come across fixings with a proprietary drive system once in a while. Manufacturers use then to stop service technicians going in places they shouldn't. We usually make our own key or screwdriver when we occasionally come across one.
