my fuse board noticeably buzzes when my dimmer switch controlling my lounge lights is on. Any thoughts? More information available should it be necessary!
 
That's exactly it... Remember in the MCB you've got the thermal overload and also the electromagnetic trip solenoid - it's the electromagnet components that vibrate in sync with the current waveform - just like a loudspeaker does!
