Hi all,
I am currently working through the NICEIC 17th Ed Learning guide. At the end of section 411 question 8 states:- What is the maximum earth fault loop impedance (5s disconnection time) for a circuit with a Uo of 55 V protected by a BS EN 60898 type C 63A circuit breaker?
I have attempted to work this out as follows. Zs = Uo/Ia = 55/630 (From table3.5 App 3 BS7671)
This gives me an answer of 0.087Ohms. Am I doing something wrong as the answer in the book is given as 0.09Ohms.
Hope someone can reassure me. Cheers
