just had an email from c&g saying

Important Notice Regarding Your City & Guilds Certificate
It has recently come to our attention that some of our certificates issued for the 2382 qualification do not have regulators' logos appearing on the certificate.
Anyone who has received a certificate for 2382 between Jan 2008 and Dec 2010 is able to claim a replacement certificate. Please be assured this does not, however, affect the validity of the certificate you hold.
