Hi guys, I'm looking for some advice!

I'm considering buying a C.K Technician's Tool Case but I'm not sure whether they're worth the money.

They look decent enough & sturdy but before I dig into my wallet I just wanted to know if anybody's got one and if so how do you rate it, i.e. any flaws, is it good for storing & arranging kit, etc?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Cheers.

Alright pal,

My dad bought me one two years ago, with all the ck tools init and they've been brilliant, really easy to use and do as good a job as anything, i'd recommend it, plus the bag has got alot of pockets and pouches to fit all sorts of gear in.

It's funny actually I was about to make a post asking what people think is the best tool case to own.. Ive had 2 of these C.K. bags and both fell apart at the stitching... I might have been really unlucky but I won't be buying another.

mine is over 1 year old and apart from chucking the junior and and the pocket knife its been good..! ive even added to it with CK gear to look the part.. ! my flatty drive broke mind!!

i have one of those, tried using it as everyday toolbag but didnt get on with it, i now use it as my "testing bag" with my megger and voltage tester etc in it and is fantastic for that

I ve had one 3 years now and its served me well and does look the part. But it is getting tatty and one of the zips is dodgy, considering replacing it with the CK backpack one.

Cheers.........Howard

I've got the ck case had for years serves me well as service engineer get paperwork etc in middle pocket even my laptop if needed, like the look of the backpack ones for when I'm out and about in town centres

used the toolcase for a long time untill i replaced the bag with a veto pro pak, sill use the case for my test equip, carries meter and leads, laptop and certs perfectly.

had one for 3 years now, the stitching does go especially at the zip seams:(, though it does get knocked about in site boxes. great for trains, tube plus can put over your shoulder leaving both hands free:D, trying to find stuff in the middle section is a pain as you end up pulling alot of stuff out to find what you want

I've got one too - they're oing alright out of us lot aren't they! It's been fine but could do with being a bit bigger really as I carry the BRB, cert books etc in the middle bit and it seems to pad it out quite a bit. Also there aren't enough small compartments for WAGOs, crimps, screws etc. Overall pretty good though you can adapt to do most things.
