This may sound like a daft question but in the on site guide appendix f table f6 it has many different reference methods of installation of twin and earth. it has :

above plasterboard ceiling covered by thermal less then 100mm

above plasterboard covered by thermal more then 100mm

stud wall with thermal insulation, cable touching inner wall surface

stud wall with thermal insulation, cable not touching inner wall surface

clipped direct

enclosed in conduit in an insulated wall

With all these options what im trying to understand is what if the cable is plastered in a wall (capping or not doesnt matter). What rating factor should be given for it?? does it come under enclosed in conduit in an insulated wall?

THANKS!

Reference method C for T&E or sheathed cables embedded directly in masonry, brickwork, concrete, plaster or the like (other than thermally insulating materials).

You would only have to add a correction factor for ambient Temperature, covered in thermal insulation, cables grouped together, the use of semi enclosed fuses or encapsulated in conduit or trunking.
