Hello.

Please advise the safe diameter of the 4-core copper cable for 20 kW load with a distance of 75 to 100 M from the pillar box to the consumer?

there are online calculators for this,
crucially you will need to specify the current in Amps an the distance exactly (or use worst case distance)
you will also need ambient temperature, method of installation i.e. direct in ground, in a pipe (duct) or in free air/

I can specify the voltage, which is 380-415V 3-Phase. Unarmoured, In a pipe.
