What would you recommend without spending crazy money, unless essential.

Tried draper expert rods, to be fair they only cost a tenner but broke on first use.

Should I get more expensive rods, or the cables type ones on a reel or both.

any home made or other options ?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions

I paid ÂŁ120 for my "super rod set" or whatever it was branded as and they are worth every penny and will pay for themselves in the time and hassle saved. Rods are colour coded for different flexibilitys, they screw together and there's a few different attachments too (cable socks, magnets, hook, chain etc.)

Sorry I see what you mean, the tile trim is about 30mms with square holes you tie it through the hole ?
I was thinking the conductors would pull through it /Breaking it ?

Expose about 60mm of the copper conductor loop it through one of the holes and fold it back on itself then twist it around itself. Use tape for extra hold if you fancy it
