2 bits of ply with a bit of 40/50mm will do it..them cable reel tidy`s you can get wont stand up to site use...
fella i was working with got a couple from last years elex show up in harrogate....
lasted about a week they did....

i think i may have got the wrong end of the stick here at #12..
if its cable reel stands you want...then just make one out of a bit of 30X30 box 3mm wall thickness....mount it on 4 castors (2 locking)....there you go....
just a little sesh with the welding plant on a weekend innit....
